Thank you for dining with Crust & Craft Pizzeria. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds and how to initiate a refund request.
Cancellations and Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order and request a refund if the cancellation is made before your order has been dispatched for delivery. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately via our website rootandgrain.xyz or by calling our customer service at +39 06 1234 5678. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Non-delivery or Error
In the event of non-delivery or if you receive the wrong item, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery with your order number and details about the issue. We will either arrange a re-delivery of the correct order or issue a refund to your original payment method, depending on your preference.
Quality Concerns
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product received, please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours after the delivery time. Provide a detailed description of your concern and any relevant images. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund in €. This is at the discretion of Crust & Craft Pizzeria and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is received, we will investigate the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at +39 06 1234 5678.
Exceptions
Note that we cannot accept refund requests for orders that have been completed as per your instructions and where there are no quality issues with the products received.
