'Crust & Craft Pizzeria started with an aspiration: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Bianchi household in 1985, our shop began as a humble, family-owned business with recipes passed down generation after generation.
Marco Bianchi, our originator, mastered the pizza craft while exploring Italy, learning from Neapolitan pizza masters. When she returned to the UK, her resolve was to recreate genuine Italian pizza, abiding by traditional techniques and using the best possible ingredients.
Our journey from a quaint 12-seat eatery to a celebrated community fixture illustrates our expansion, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness stays intact. We adhere to original wood-fire oven baking, daily dough preparations, and selection of top-tier ingredients.
Today, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' is still in the hands of the Bianchi family line, with the next generation at the helm of our zealous crew. While we have adopted new techniques, the essence of our enterprise remains unaltered: producing sumptuous, traditional pizzas that unite patrons.
